Percy Jackson Shoes

Inspired by, of course, the book series Percy Jackson and the Olympians.
These shoes are a few months old by now, but they still look amazing! Awhile back, i found myself interested in the painted shoes here on DA. i wanted a pair and decided i'd do them myself. The question was what to do. I thought for sure i'd do a Disney shoe, but i noticed that there are alot of Harry Potter shoes, and Disney shoes. So i decided to take one of my favorite book series and use that. So, these shoes were made. They took about two weeks total, and i used a cheap pair of knockoff vans from target. Everything was painted in acrylics. There are some mistakes, but they are my own shoes, so i was a little sloppy. Currently making a pair of Hunger Games shoes for my friend, so pictures from those should be up soon.
The front Left shoe is the cover from the First book, the sides are the second and third. The front Right shoe is from the Heroes of Olympus series, and on the sides are the fourth and fifth covers(i'm aware the third and fifth sides look...off. Let's just say i'm getting better at my horses).
The backs say Percy Jackson and the Olympians and Heroes of Olympus respectively.
